Snoopdata Poker Calculator

Overview

  • The Snoop Data Poker Calculator instantly finds your chance of winning a Texas Holdem or Omaha poker hand at any point in a game against any number of players. In addition, the Poker Calculator finds your chance of getting various poker hands at any point in a game.

  • Use the Snoop Data Poker Calculator to find odds while you’re playing online poker. Just position the Poker Calculator next to your online poker window and click on cards as they are dealt into your online hand.

  • You can also use the Poker Calculator as a training tool to find odds for any specified circumstance.

  • Throughout the hand, a dot appears next to the best poker hand that you currently hold.

  • You can change the number of players at any point in a hand.

  • The Snoop Data Poker Calculator automatically updates the odds every time you add or remove a card from play or change the number of players.

  • The Snoop Data Poker Calculator uses a statistical technique known as Monte Carlo simulation. To find odds, the Poker Calculator quickly plays 10,000 simulated hands to completion using the cards currently in the hand (your hole cards and the community cards), filing in unknown cards randomly, finding the fraction of times you win, chop (tie), and finish the hand with various poker hands.

    Using the Poker Calculator

  • The current hand is at the top of the screen. The deck is below the hand.

  • Click a card in the deck to put it in play. It will appear in the hand at the top of the screen.

  • Click the up or down arrow in the Players box (next to players icon) to specify how many players (including you) are currently in a hand.

  • The "Win" box displays your chance of winning a hand with the cards currently in play, assuming that you and all players in the hand remain in the hand until the end of play.

  • The "Chop" box displays your chance of tying the hand with the cards currently in play, assuming that you and all players currently in the hand remain in the hand until the end of play.

  • The Odds box displays the chances that you will get specified poker hands with the cards currently in play. The dot to the left of a particular poker hand in the Odds box indicates that this is your best hand at this point.

  • Move your cursor over any odds to see the actual fraction of results in the simulation of 10,000 hands.
