• Automatically Get and Share Good Situations with Other Optimizer Members
  Using Internet technology, a community of computer users can share information without making this information public. Now, Optimizer members can automatically get and share good situations with other members. To do this, you simply go to "Situations Management" on the 2003 Optimizer Tools menu and click on "Share With Members." The Optimizer automatically downloads good situations that other members have discovered and puts them in your situations database. At the same time, your good situations are uploaded to share with other members. This information is private and can only be accessed by the Optimizer members’ community. All you need is an Internet connection. One mouse click and the Optimizer does the rest.
  
  
• Automatic Data Updates from within the Optimizer
  No more hassles with downloading files from the Snoop Data website. Now you can get weekly game updates automatically by simply going to "Games Data" on the Optimizer Tools menu and clicking on "Update From Web." The Optimizer automatically goes to the Snoop Data website, gets the weekly game updates, and enters them into your games database. All you need is an Internet connection. One mouse click and the Optimizer does the rest.
  
  
• New Factor: Day of Week
  With the DAY OF WEEK factor, you can see how teams play on Monday night, Saturday, Sunday, or any other day. You can also see how teams play the week after (or two weeks after) they played on a specific day, or how teams play after a bye week.
  
  
• More Flexibility in Managing Situations Data
  Now you can delete groups of saved situations or even delete all the situations in your situations database without having to delete them one at a time. Also, it is now much easier to navigate through the situations database.
  
  
• Day of week included in list of games
  Now whenever the Optimizer returns a list of games for a specified situation, the day of the week is included in the information for each game.
  
  
• User Saved Settings Remembered
  Now, when you specify settings, the Optimizer remembers them even when you turn off your computer. This includes "optimize criterion" (search for good strategies by "spread results," "over-under results," or "all results") and "random search z-value" (save strategies only when the z-value is above a specified level). Simply click on "Options" on the Optimizer Tools menu.
  
  
• Random Search Results Explained
  Now, when you do a random search, the Optimizer will show you how many new situations have been discovered and saved in different z-value ranges.
